I can’t recommend Tyler highly enough. We knew nothing about the Lancaster area going into the home buying process and he provided us with a full education on the town/neighborhood options and showed us around to get an idea of exactly what we were looking for. I have extremely high standards of what I expect from people in general and Tyler met all of them- incredibly accessible, knowledgeable and followed through on every commitment he made.

Buying a house in this high stress and low inventory market is not easy! My husband and I looked for a house for over a year and a half and we couldn’t have imagined going through this experience with anyone other than Tyler. He was open and honest about every house we went to and paid close attention to details, that we easily would’ve missed. He made us feel like every house we saw and decision we made, was as important to him as it was us. Tyler’s knowledge of the market is unbeatable and multiple times he told us exactly what a house would go for in this market. When we were ready to make an offer, he took the time to research comps in the area and thought of creative ways to help us make a competitive, yet reasonable offer. Tyler makes the stress of purchasing a home as minimal as possible through his patience, unbelievable knowledge of the market, and quick responsiveness. As first time home buyers, he guided us through every step of the process and we are so thankful to have worked with such a trustworthy and reliable realtor.

I first met Tyler in December when I was first starting out on my search for a home. I had a lot to learn and was not completely sure of my time frame. Tyler was incredible. He always made sure to provide all the information - good and bad - about each home. He wanted to make sure I was fully informed about each home we visited. He was readily available and would share homes with me he thought I’d like but he was never pushy nor did he rush me in my decision. Once I found the house I wanted, he was on it! He had my documents ready to go in an overly timely manner- always available to explain every little detail. He was excited for me in buying my first home and made sure to check in through out the process. I would recommend Tyler to anyone who is looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, cares about his clients and will work hard to provide a quality house-buying experience for them. I couldn’t be happier to have met and worked with Tyler!

Choosing Tyler to guide us through the homebuying process was a phenomenal decision. He is both an advisor and an advocate - was in tune with our needs and wants from the get-go, led us through difficult decisions and made the stressful stress-free. He found houses that we didn't even know were on the market, and when the time came, absolutely delivered on a dream home for us. Quick, responsive, and professional - we cannot imagine walking this path with anyone else. As they say in Ireland, he's "your only man". Hands down the best in Lancaster!

I was very back and forth about selling my house myself to try and maximize my takeaway, and hiring a realtor to do the work for me. After talking with Tyler the choice was easy for us, we hired Tyler to sell our home. He was very honest with us and gave us realistic expectations which I truly appreciated. He gave us suggestions on how to get our home ready to show and responded back quick anytime we needed him through out the process. He made sure I didn’t forget anything which was so helpful because I had so much on my mind at the time. After many many showings we received 9 offers in only 3 days and we loved the way Tyler presented them and explained all the offers, financing and terms in a way that was very easy to understand. He did a wonderful job with negotiations and we could not have been happier with the outcome. I am 100% confident that we walked away with more money in our pocket after our home sold with Tyler as our agent, even after paying his commission, then we would have if I sold it myself! He has his clients best interest in mind at every step of the process and I will highly recommend him to anyone.

With Tyler’s guidance, patience, and expertise, we were able to navigate this process and feel assertive and confident when buying the best home for us in our dream neighborhood (in an extraordinarily competitive market). We valued his integrity and being able to have very direct, open dialogue which mattered a lot to us, especially as buyers not local to Lancaster. He was great at communicating solutions to structuring deals and thoughts about pricing and how to position ourselves in ways that ensured we would get the house we wanted without losing our heads or sight of our goals.

We just closed on our 2nd house with Tyler. He was incredibly helpful, reliable and knowledgeable through the entire process. He took the time to understand our needs and discuss our options for each of them. He was always available to answer our questions and provide advice and support from the first time we met through our closing (and beyond) making the process easy and stress free. We are so thankful to Tyler and highly recommend him! (we are considering buying a 3rd home just to get to work with Tyler again;))

Can’t say enough good things about Tyler! He was nothing but kind, compassionate and reliable. Leaving our home we built and lived in over 20 years was quite the overwhelming experience. Tyler helped with every step of the way! He let us set the time line, control the showings and ultimately got us 36k over asking with no contingencies! We listed, had showing and CLOSED all within 12 days! We would not hesitate to put our trust in Tyler again to sell or purchase a home! He is professional, very quick to respond to any questions and works in your best interest! Tyler is the best realtor in the central PA area (and beyond) hands down. My husband and I decided to relocate from Florida to PA and a family member recommended Tyler. From the very first phone call, he was friendly, very attentive and listened to our needs. We needed to buy a home quickly so our children could start school the next month in our new location. This meant buying a home without seeing it in person which sounds super crazy and scary but Tyler walked us through step by step and accommodated all our requests. He was highly organized with all the documents/paperwork between us and the lender as well as the seller. He always returned phone calls and emails very quickly too.
