Tyler was our realtor for our first home, after living away from PA for many years. He always made time for us, starting from our very first conversation, when he spent an hour on the phone walking us through all of the different neighborhoods in Lancaster. He is knowledgeable, does his homework, and is a sharp negotiator. He helped us get our first offer accepted with a sellers credit and an inspection (unreal). He spent many hours with us as we deliberated on key decisions and always respected our process, often telling us to take our time. He is also just a very likable and nice person to be around!
