Tyler and I went to high school together and then he became my realtor when I decided to buy my first home. Not only was he willing to meet up with me to see countless houses on the market, he was also extremely flexible and enthusiastic about the whole process. This guy seriously LOVES his job! When I only had a month to find a home, Tyler sent me several properties within my budget and that checked off all of the things that I wanted in my new home. When he sent me a listing for a house that was perfect and only we went to see it the same day. I made an offer the same day and it was accepted. Throughout the escrow and closing process, Tyler was always available and more than happy to explain all the lingo and details of the countless documents that had to be signed. He made the process easy and always found a way to reassure me that I was making an incredible investment. Tyler was extremely easy to work with and ready to answer all of my questions in a timely fashion. He was very professional throughout the entire process and also negotiated on my behalf for a better price. I definitely plan on working with him next time!

Tyler made the purchase of our first home both fun and easy. He was able to not only find the right house for us, but advise us on how/what to offer throughout our bidding wars! He also knows exactly what to look for during your walk-troughs which was huge for us. It means a lot to have someone behind you that can point out things most people would miss during an open house. It is hard to notice small things like that when you're excited about a place. I recommend Tyler Stoltz, Realtor to anyone looking for a new home. We will for sure be using Tyler again when the time comes again for a new place.

My husband and I decided to relocate from Florida to PA and a family member recommended Tyler. From the very first phone call, he was friendly, very attentive and listened to our needs. We needed to buy a home quickly so our children could start school the next month in our new location. This meant buying a home without seeing it in person which sounds super crazy and scary but Tyler walked us through step by step and accommodated all our requests. He was highly organized with all the documents/paperwork between us and the lender as well as the seller. He always returned phone calls and emails very quickly too. He made sure the inspections went smoothly and were done in a timely manner. Tyler made the entire process as smooth as possible! He even took time out to chat with our teenagers when we finally met in person.

Tyler was outstanding in helping us find a home. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features/quirks that old homes come with and was completely honest with us as we searched. Tyler showed us numerous homes and he knew exactly what we were looking for after we saw a few and he heard us talk. He made himself super accessible to walk through homes and I would often send him an email only a few hours ahead of time asking if he could squeeze us in. Not only was Tyler knowledgeable, trusting, accessible and honest but we had so much fun house hunting with him that I almost wish we were still looking!(except that he helped us get into a beautiful home!) I highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
