Tyler and his team did a phenomenal job guiding my wife and I through the process of purchasing a home in Manheim Township. He is so thorough and detail-oriented and truly had our best interest in mind the whole time. From prelisting and market to negotiations and closing, Tyler made our selling experience easy. He gave practical advice for ensuring our home would photograph and show well, he helped advise us through negotiations, and we were able to have an agreement within 48-hours and settlement in 30 days-with an over-asking sales price! Tyler has the experience and instinct required to make the buying or selling process easy!

As we were moving from Philadelphia and new to the area, we knew very little about the neighborhoods in the Lancaster area. He helped us identify the desirable neighborhoods and gave us insight into what to expect in those neighborhoods. In addition to his depth of knowledge, Tyler was always a quick text or phone call away, ready to answer any of our questions. We fully anticipated it would take months before we found something we loved, but within weeks we found our dream home in our dream neighborhood and we were under contract, beating out multiple offers over the asking price. 20/10 stars!!
