This journey started in March when 2254 Wynonah Dr went up for sale the first time. Unfortunately we were outbid but luck would have it the house went back up for sale in June. 5 stars is not enough! My husband and I were probably some of the more "difficult" clients Tyler had to work with..as in we had a lot of high standards in what we were looking for and it took nearly 2 years to find our dream home. We eventually thought our dreams were unattainable and started getting extremely discouraged and were willing to just "settle for whatever". BUT we didn't have to. September 2023 we found our little slice of heaven and by October closed, settled and started moving. It was seamless, smooth and Tyler made it as straightforward as it could be. I quote my husband: "Went from a seemingly endless search to what felt like buying a house overnight!" SO happy we had Tyler by our side during this monumental milestone.

Worked with Tyler to sell my home recently. He made the process extremely easy by taking care of getting photographs for listing, guiding us along the way and promptly answering all of our questions. This was our first time selling, so knowing we were working with a realtor who values their client’s understanding of the process was what made the experience so positive for us.
